Course Completion:
- You must complete all required modules and assessments to receive certification
- Certificates are issued digitally upon successful completion
- Completion records are maintained for 7 years for compliance purposes
- You may download and print your certificate at any time during your access period
Course Content:
- Content is regularly updated to reflect changes in Martyn's Law legislation and guidance
- We reserve the right to modify course structure, content, and assessments
- Major content changes will be communicated to active users
- Updates during your access period are provided at no additional cost
Technical Support:

5. Payment Terms
Pricing:

6. Refund Policy
14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- Full refund if no course content has been accessed
- Pro-rata refund if course partially completed (based on modules accessed)
After 14 Days:
- No refunds available if course has been completed
- No refunds for courses more than 50% completed
- Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis
